About the Recipes -
There are a few differences between being "Primal" and "Paleo"...from what I've learned so far, one of the main differences is that Paleo is actually a lot more "strict" than just being Primal. For instance, if you're eating a primal fare, you may still enjoy dairy occasionally, as long as it's not upsetting to your stomach. We always stay away from milk and ice cream, and have for years, because it is an almost instant stomach pain for us, especially Mars. But we typically would still consume yogurt, sour cream, and cheese even while we were trying to be Primal before. But, now with all the health issues we're having, I figure we may as well just go ahead and be 100% paleo with no dairy, wheat, grains, brown rice, oats, etc. Perhaps being 100%-ers will yeild the health we are so needing.
So, just in case you see some recipes here with dairy products, don't freak out! Just know it's not our typical diet anymore, but some people can still enjoy these options if they are not allergic to them in any way and have no negative effects from consuming them.
